I don't want to further crash your little dance, but comments by Liu Qi on CCTV (国家能源局：新能源发展规划将择机出台,http://www.china5e.com/newenergy/newenergynews.aspx?newsid=f7cd6f2d-ae97-4b0e-982e-93d8fcc87300&classid=%u65b0%u80fd%u6e90) indicate that the package will be split between renewables and "scientific transition" of traditional sources of energy (clean coal, alternative fuels, improved transmission, etc.). Although this is still good news, if we add funds for nuclear energy I don't know how much of that 3T will be left for renewables.
