		<description>this is definitely a great summary of what has been going on in China regarding its shifting policy on the on-going climate negotiation. Hopefully there will be some accord reached in Copenhagen this year. I agree US need to step up soon too, or nothing can be accomplished, but it seems like the Senate has been too preoccupied with the health care debate recently...</description>
