		<description>So, the funding for REDI comes completely from existing funds?  What gets cut to provide this?  Is there any promise of additional funds further along?

    Is this money in the pipeline or only pledges?  In recent years the developed nations have made a fair number of pledges that they never actually get around to funding.  This seems to me to be a cause for concern.

    The money seems to be a bit light, and from the description, I have to wonder if most of it won't go to consultants...
