<description>Terrific blog. Congrats on the quality, depth and breadth of your coverage. After living/working in China for the past 17 years, since 1993, I offer Julian and all readers a new COMPREHENSIVE FRAMEWORK for RESILIENT SUSTAINABILITY [CFRS]. Two new articles published Jan 2010 introduce the CFRS and clarify the rationale/principles on which it is based. 3 strategy maps illustrate tangible and intangible objectives worthy of consideration. This google docs link provides access to the folder which contains these and future documents on the CFRS: http://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B0NdbqiXpgrDYmU1NmU3M2MtN2NlNy00ZjVjLTg0ODYtNzI2M2FjOTRiYTRi&#38;hl=en

I welcome ideas, comments, suggestions. Irv Beiman, Ph.D.
